Opening Hours: A.E.W. Executive Travel is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings for public/bank holidays require at least 7 days notice. There are special rates for these days. Rates: All hire periods start from when the vehicle arrives at the pickup point and ends at the drop off point. Bank/public holidays 20% surcharge. Vehicles: We reserve the right to change any vehicle booked as long as we provide the same standard of vehicle. A.E.W. Executive Travel reserves the right to subcontract to other business's should the need arise. Invoices: Invoices will be sent out on a weekly basis, with payment requested to be made within 14 days of tax point. Booking/Cancellation Charges: When booking with A.E.W. Executive Travel, a minimum charge of 50% of the service will be requested, non-refundable. Thereafter all bookings will be charged @75% if cancellation is 3 days before the date of hire or 45% charge for 5 days before the date of hire. Any additional hours will be charged at the correct rate. Passenger Behaviour: Anyone who is considered to be of unfit travel through too much alcohol, causing disruption or endangering the driver or passengers may be refused to board the vehicle. A No-Smoking policy will be adopted within the vehicle. Delays: As we all know flights can be delayed, with this in mind AEW Executive Travel will apply a surcharge to the booking only if delay is more than 1hr. Responsibilities: We will not accept responsibility for any theft, damage to goods, except where the theft or damage was directly due to the actions of the driver. We will also not accept the responsibility for bodily injury, sickness or death to any other person except where the above is caused directly by a member of AEW Executive Travel. AEW Executive Travel poses public liability, motor and business insurance and are responsible for all our own vehicles and staff.
